Unlike traditional pet shipping methods that may involve cargo transport, our nannies escort your puppy in the cabin of the plane or by ground travel. This hands-on, attentive approach minimizes stress and ensures your puppy arrives happy, healthy, and ready to meet its new family.

Get to know your puppy and meet the breeder in person at a location close to the kennel. (Please note: this option isn’t available for every puppy.)

The cost for this experience is $200, which covers:

  • A face-to-face meeting with your puppy’s breeder
  • Your puppy’s official health certificate

Be sure to bring the following with you:

  • A secure travel carrier, leash, and collar
  • Food, water, and a tube of Nutri-Cal
  • Cleanup supplies and a toy from your Puppy Starter Kit

If you’re flying in to meet your puppy, check with your airline ahead of time to make sure you know their rules for bringing your puppy back with you.

We work with trusted, licensed experts in puppy transportation—both by air and by ground—to bring your new pup as close to home as we can, whether that’s your local airport or one of our nearby pickup spots. Once your payment is complete, our team jumps into action to figure out the safest and smoothest way to get your puppy from their current home to yours. Just a heads-up: travel plans can sometimes shift due to things beyond weather, so a little flexibility with timing goes a long way. We truly appreciate your patience as we make sure your puppy arrives happy and healthy.

Puppy Chaperone

A Puppy Chaperone is a friendly travel companion who flies right alongside your puppy in the cabin, making sure they’re safe and cared for every step of the way. Once they land at the airport closest to you, the chaperone will personally meet you there and hand-deliver your happy, healthy pup. Just a quick heads-up: since weather can affect flights anywhere along the journey, we may need to stay flexible with travel dates and arrival times. Thanks for understanding!

Weather, Heat, and Travel Information

We aim to get all our puppies home within 2-3 weeks. To make that happen, each pup needs to meet a few important milestones—like being the right age, weight, and in tip-top health—before they’re cleared for travel. Once they’re good to go, our Travel Team steps in to pick the best travel option based on things like your location, the breeder’s location, and your puppy’s age and size. As soon as we’ve got the plan locked in, you’ll be the very first to know!
